From the depths of a hand-dug quarry, in a neighbourhood shaped by years of displacement, a group of young people writes monologues inspired by visions of the war raging in the Sahel. Confronting conflict and insecurity, they explore the wounds of violence, endured and inflicted, through rehearsals guided by an experienced theatre director, while in the darkness, dust and heat, daily life goes on.
